Pete Short

Pete Short is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Director of Corporate Security at Ball Corporation since August 2010. Previous roles include serving as the Director of Program Security at Ball Aerospace, Sr. Manager of Security at Raytheon Company, and Security Manager/FSO for the Advanced Solid Rocket Motor Project at Lockheed Missiles and Space. Pete Short began a career in security as a Security Inspector at Hughes Aircraft Company and also worked as a Security Officer at Yosemite Park and Curry Company. Educational background includes a B.S. in Criminology and Forensic Science from The University of Southern Mississippi and studies at Mississippi State University and Northeast Mississippi Community College.
