Rafael Januzi

Rafael Januzi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain digital transformation, data analytics, and software engineering. Currently serving as Director of Global Supply Chain Digital, Data & Analytics at Ball Corporation since August 2018, Rafael leads initiatives in business transformation focusing on Plan-to-Delivery processes and advanced technologies, including AI. Previous roles at Ball Corporation include Global Technology Lead for Supply Chain Innovation and IBP Projects Manager. Prior to this, Rafael worked at e-Solutions as a Lead Software Engineer, at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica as an Embedded Software Engineer, and as a Software Engineer at CNPq. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo, completed in 2015.
