Claire Josephson

Claire Josephson has a diverse work experience in the horticulture industry. Claire began their career in 1999 as a Production & Dispatch Manager at Thompson & Morgan UK, a position they held until 2002. Claire then moved to Thompson & Morgan USA, where they served as Vice President - General Manager for eight years. In 2010, Claire joined Gardens Alive as Director - Retail Sales for a brief period before transitioning to Ball Horticultural Company. At Ball Horticultural Company, they started as a Product Marketing Manager in 2010 and recently became the Marketing Communications Director in January 2022. Claire's expertise spans marketing, sales, and general management in the horticulture sector.

Claire Josephson attended Coventry University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in European Business & Technology.
