Matthew Mouw

Matthew Mouw is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Ball Horticultural Company since March 2017. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Global Commercial Unit Director at DuPont Seed Treatment from November 2015 to February 2017. Matthew also served as the Commercial Director at DuPont Pioneer from January 2008 to 2017, where Matthew was responsible for new business opportunity identification and assessment. With a background in molecular biology and an MBA in Executive Management, Matthew has a wealth of experience in strategy development and technology initiatives within the agricultural industry.
