Taskeen Khan

Taskeen Khan is an experienced research professional with a strong background in environmental health and education. Currently serving as a Research Technician at Ball Horticultural Company and as a Research Assistant at the UIUC Landscape and Human Health Lab, Taskeen evaluates scientific literature and summarizes studies on the impact of green spaces. Previous roles include being a Science Consultant for the book "Nature Not Furniture," where Taskeen researched green spaces' influence on human health, and an intern at Wolfram|Alpha LLC, where a nutrition database was created for Microsoft. Taskeen has also contributed to curriculum development at the UIUC Hug Lab and researched tree growth patterns at UIUC Fraterrigo Lab and The Morton Arboretum. Taskeen holds a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
