Brian Crevasse

Brian Crevasse is a Partner at Ball Janik LLP, specializing in construction litigation with extensive experience in complex construction defect claims, payment disputes, lien law issues, and various contract disputes, including those involving AIA form agreements. Previous roles include Attorney at UPCHURCH, BAILEY AND UPCHURCH, P.A. and St. Johns Law Group, where Brian handled commercial litigation and construction-related disputes. As a Partner at Bachara Construction Law Group, Brian developed a deep expertise in construction and contract law, representing clients in both State and Federal Courts. Brian began a legal career as an Associate at Smith, Gambrell and Russell, LLP, focusing on construction and commercial litigation, and previously handled regulatory matters and commercial disputes for not-for-profit and for-profit health systems at Parker, Hudson. Brian holds a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Florida.
