Nathaniel Routh is a seasoned Title Attorney at Ball Morse Lowe PLLC since August 2019, having successfully led complex title opinion projects in the oil and gas sector in Oklahoma, and ensuring timely regulatory compliance through comprehensive drilling and division order title opinions across multiple states. Previously, Nathaniel served as a Title Abstractor Landman at Purple Land Management, conducting extensive title searches and producing due diligence reports, and worked as a Law Clerk at Baldwin Law, LLC, where a legal research library was developed.
