Bryce Nowak

Bryce Nowak is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Director of the Transfer Center at Ball State University since June 2020, with prior roles including Senior Transfer Center Coordinator of Admissions & Orientation, Transfer Recruiter and Advisor, and Assistant Director of Admissions. At Ball State, Bryce supervises graduate assistants and undergraduate interns, serves as an admissions liaison for the College of Architecture and Planning, and actively recruits prospective students while managing application reviews. Previous experience includes a Graduate Assistant role at Indiana State University, where Bryce supervised Welcome Team Leaders during summer orientations, and positions at Ball State that involved peer coaching and orientation leadership. Bryce earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Ball State University, a Master's degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Indiana State University, and an Associate of Arts in Communications/Marketing from Heartland Community College, where Bryce also served as Vice President of the Heartland Activities Committee.
