Julian Sanchez

Julian Sanchez is a Counseling Psychology Graduate Student at Ball State University since August 2020. Previously, Julian served as the Assistant Director of Student Recruitment for the College of Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington, overseeing recruitment efforts for 11 undergraduate engineering majors. In earlier roles, Julian was the Dean of College Prep at Uplift Education, supervising a team to ensure 100% college acceptance for senior scholars and overseeing college readiness events for over 450 students. Additionally, Julian was the Coordinator of Hispanic Outreach and Retention at Texas A&M University-Commerce, focused on raising awareness of higher education opportunities, and served as a Success Coach at the same institution, assisting 220 students with course registration. Julian holds a Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology from East Texas A&M University.
