Gerard Malcolm

Gerard Malcolm is an experienced professional in support services management, currently serving as the Director of Support Services at Grampians Health since November 2018. In this role, Gerard oversees operational delivery across multiple campuses, managing essential services including Linen Plants, Environmental Services, Accommodation, and Food Services. Prior to this position, Gerard worked as the General Manager of BHS Catering at Ballarat Health Services, and held a contract role as Manager of Hotel Services at Hepburn Health Service, overseeing catering, cleaning, and laundry across four campuses. Gerard's previous experience also includes a significant tenure as Project Manager for Soft Facility Management Services at Spotless Group, where responsibilities encompassed development and management of soft services for the new Royal Adelaide Hospital. Additionally, Gerard contributed to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Athletes Village as the Housekeeping Manager, and managed hotel services contracts in various roles within Spotless Group since 1996.
