Leah Ferguson

Leah Ferguson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, marketing, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Volunteer Services at Grampians Health since November 2019, Leah oversees volunteer programs across the Ballarat and Stawell regions, enhancing organizational services through a strong volunteer network. Prior to this role, Leah worked as a Fundraising Coordinator, supporting donor relations and community engagement efforts within the organization. Additionally, Leah is the Director of Just Ask Us...Lifestyle Assistance, helping individuals and families manage tasks efficiently. A former Marketing and Event Manager at The George Group and Lydiard Wine Bar, Leah developed and maintained marketing strategies to strengthen their positions in the hospitality industry. Leah's early career includes marketing coordination for the Dennis Family Corporation and sales management with Norgen Vaaz & Everest. Leah holds an Advanced Diploma in Public Relations from RMIT University, complementing a solid educational foundation from Mooroopna Secondary College.
