Alan Guilbeau serves as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Ballard Brands, overseeing a $20MM P&L budget and managing a team of over 25 sales and production professionals since April 2009. In this role, Alan collaborates with the executive team to develop comprehensive financial forecasts and strategies aimed at driving national brand growth for New Orleans Roast Coffee & Tea and PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans. Prior to this, Alan held the position of Pre-Sell Division Manager at Champagne Beverage Company from October 1980 to February 2009, where responsibilities included leading District Sales Managers, ensuring exceptional performance, and meeting sales goals and Key Performance Indicators across major markets.
