Steve Berger

Steve Berger has worked in the industrial sector since 1979. Steve began their career as a Service Technician for Ingersoll Rand in 1979. In 1982, they moved to PACO VENTURES LLC as an Air Tool Specialist. In 1985, they joined B & J Industrial Supply as a Service Manager and International Sales. In 1998, they were appointed Regional Director Supply Chain Solutions for Industrial Distribution Group, where they were responsible for sales and implementation of the company's Supply Chain Solutions. In 2005, they were promoted to Regional Logistics Manager, responsible for operations, facilities and logistics at sites in Washington, Oregon, California, Kansas and Shanghai, PRC. In 2007, they moved to Ballard Industrial as President & COO and Business Development Manager. In 2019, they became President & COO of Jaxx LLC, a specialty equipment rental company.
