Alex Barber

Alex Barber is an experienced engineer with a robust background in fuel cell and engine testing. Currently, Alex serves as the Manager of Stack Test Engineering at Ballard Power Systems, a position held since July 2013, after progressing from roles including Fuel Cell Test Engineer and Product Development Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an Engine Test Engineer at Westport Innovations and an Environmental EIT at Lehigh Hanson. Alex began the engineering career as a Test Engineering Co-op Student at Ballard Power Systems in early 2009. Alex holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Materials Engineering from The University of British Columbia, earned in 2010.
