Kathy Bayless is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in board governance and financial leadership across multiple industries. Currently a member of the Board, Audit and Nominating/Governance Committees at Ballard Power Systems and serving as Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Directors at Veeco, Bayless has a strong background in overseeing financial operations and strategic initiatives. Previously, Bayless held positions such as Audit Chair and Board Member at Energous Corporation, CFO at Synaptics and Western Digital Media, and EVP/CFO at Komag. Bayless began their career as an Audit Executive at Ernst & Young, focusing on the technology and healthcare sectors. Bayless holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Fresno.
