Matt Engelhardt

Matt Engelhardt is a Senior Unit Cell Engineer at Ballard Power Systems, specializing in fuel cell stack architecture and product development since April 2019. Responsibilities include managing design documentation, leading technical teams, and overseeing product safety strategies, alongside conducting design reviews. Previously, Matt served as a Creator and Full Stack Web Developer for RealDelta, where development focused on Canadian real estate data insights. Prior experience at Siemens involved roles as a Combustion Engineering Specialist and Aerothermal Analyst, managing project deliverables, conducting emissions research, and contributing to intellectual property. Matt holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, complemented by an exchange program at The University of Queensland and a D.E.C. in Natural Sciences from CEGEP Heritage College.
