Darnell Morrow

Darnell Morrow is a Senior Associate specializing in Commercial Real Estate Finance at Ballard Spahr LLP since August 2021, providing counsel to mortgage banking clients on real estate financing transactions primarily related to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Prior to this role, Morrow served as an Associate Attorney at Krooth & Altman LLP and Bee Ready Fishbein Hatter & Donovan, LLP, focusing on commercial real estate financing and representing municipal clients. Experience also includes work as an Associate Attorney at The Weber Law Group, where representation extended to real estate owners and developers in complex transactions, and as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Montgomery County Virginia Circuit Court, performing extensive legal research.
