Deb Cunningham

Deb Cunningham is an experienced Real Estate Paralegal currently working at Ballard Spahr LLP since March 2024. Previously, Deb served as a Senior Legal Assistant for the City of Philadelphia from November 2016 to March 2024 and held the position of Paralegal at the Law Office of Jonathan Stanwood between September 2012 and November 2016. Additionally, Deb volunteered as a Tax Preparer for the Campaign for Working Families from January 2012 to March 2021, providing tax assistance and social service program guidance. Deb's early career included tutoring at the Community College of Philadelphia and an internship with the First Judicial District, where Deb gained firsthand experience in a legal environment.
