Nicole Rodgers

Nicole Rodgers is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in real estate transactions and litigation support. Currently serving as a Senior Paralegal in Real Estate & Development at Chipotle Mexican Grill since September 2019, Nicole provides vital legal support for over 3,000 restaurant locations while partnering with various internal teams. Prior to this role, Nicole spent over two decades at Big Lots Stores, holding multiple positions including Senior Paralegal in Real Estate Transactions, where responsibilities included negotiating and processing lease agreements for more than 1,400 stores, and managing nationwide general liability litigation. Nicole holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies, completed between 2002 and 2003.
