Jacquelyn Kapinos is an Associate at Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP, since August 2022, with prior experience as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Christopher B. Kehoe at the Maryland Judiciary from August 2021 to July 2022. Jacquelyn served as a Rule 19-220 Student Attorney in the Environmental Law Clinic at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law from August 2020 to May 2021, and held a Law Clerk position at Smouse & Mason, LLC from May 2020 to May 2021.
