Kathryn J Ball has extensive experience in legal recruitment and integration, currently serving as the Director of Lateral Recruiting and Integration at Ballard Spahr LLP since August 2014, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Kathryn worked as an attorney at Dechert LLP from March 2005 to August 2014, and held associate positions at Langsam, Stevens & Silver LLP, and Parker McCay P.A. Kathryn began a legal career as a law clerk to Hon. Eugene D. Serpentelli at the Superior Court of New Jersey from September 2001 to September 2002. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.
