Michael Parker

Michael Parker is a legal professional with extensive experience in eDiscovery and litigation support. Currently serving as the Manager of eDiscovery Services at Ballard Spahr LLP since July 2023, Michael has previously held the position of Senior Manager of Practice Support Services at Latham & Watkins from August 2019 to June 2023. Additionally, Michael has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Electronic Discovery at Rutgers Law School from 2017 to 2020 and served as the Director of Electronic Discovery & Litigation Support at Herrick, Feinstein LLP from June 2010 to August 2019. Michael earned a J.D. from Widener University Schools of Law between 1995 and 1998, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University, completed in 1994.
