Philip Legendy

Philip Legendy serves as Co-Leader of the Healthcare Industry Group and Of Counsel in the Healthcare Group at Ballard Spahr LLP since 2022. Previously, Philip held positions at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from 2013 to 2022, where responsibilities included Counsel and Associate in the Healthcare Practice Group. Prior roles include Director of Medical Devices at Majestic Research and Vice President, Senior Analyst for Medical Devices at Thomas Weisel Partners. Philip Legendy earned a J.D. with Magna Cum Laude distinction from Fordham University School of Law (2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Princeton University (2003).
