Tara Hoffman

Tara Hoffman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and immigration analysis. Currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at Ballard Spahr LLP since August 2022, Tara previously held the position of Senior Benefits and Immigration Analyst at Spin (Ford Motor Company) from November 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, Tara managed Employee Benefits and Immigration at Commvault Systems, Inc. for nearly 21 years, from April 2000 to January 2021. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Salisbury University's Perdue School of Business, earned between 1993 and 1997.
