William Reiley

William Reiley is an experienced attorney currently serving as Of Counsel at Ballard Spahr LLP since March 2017, specializing in complex commercial and consumer financial litigation, including class actions, across state, federal, and appellate courts. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C., where representation focused on retail liability personal injury actions, and a Judicial Law Clerk for the State of New Jersey, where responsibilities included research and decision drafting in family law matters. Reiley has also held law clerk positions at the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, Cozen O'Connor, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, gaining expertise in a variety of legal domains. Reiley earned a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University.
