Pradeep Sam has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as an Advocate on a retainership basis at BILT since 2008, handling real estate matters, including litigation, due diligence, title search, and drafting documents across India. Pradeep has also held managerial legal roles at TDI and Taneja Developers since 2006, and worked as a Manager at Solaris Chemtech Industries Ltd. from 2008 to 2011. Pradeep completed an LLB degree at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University between 1999 and 2002, and holds a metric and inter-science education from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
