Elly has 19+ years of experience in consumer and healthcare communications creating, overseeing and executing award-winning campaigns for a wide variety of companies including Astellas, Lundbeck, Takeda, iMETx, Bitsy’s, Zukara, Humana, Massage Envy, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Ther-Rx, Teva, Janssen, J&J, Abbott, Matrixx Pharmaceuticals, Walmart and AstraZeneca among others. She has worked both in-house for a large pharmaceutical company and at award-winning global agencies. Most recently she led national consumer brand campaigns and launched leading consumer health brands for clients at Golin in Chicago while managing multi-level account teams across several marketing disciplines. Elly’s focus is communications strategy, brand launches, building brand awareness and affinity, crisis and issues management, advocacy relations and partnerships as well as writing and content development.

Elly takes her passion for health into her daily life practicing and teaching yoga. She is a self-proclaimed foodie and loves to research and try the latest trends in food. She and her husband, Mark, and dog, Max, recently took a sabbatical to explore the western U.S. and visited five national parks while soaking in the history and local customs and traditions of several communities. On the weekends you’ll find her hiking the outdoors, practicing yoga and catching up on Netflix (while multi-tasking with games on her iPhone of course).
