Pace Barker

Pace Barker has experience in real estate development, focusing on industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. Barker's current role is Principal at Ballast Investments, where Pace has been since February 2017. Prior to this, Barker held positions at The Carlyle Group and MainSpring Capital Group. Barker graduated from Brigham Young University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
