Don Faught

Don Faught is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in brokerage management. Currently serving as Vice President/Managing Broker at Compass since May 2019, Don has been with Compass/Alain Pinel Realtors since July 2003 in a similar role. Don's leadership experience includes serving as Past President of the California Association of REALTORS in 2013, along with various positions within the organization since 1987, including President Elect in 2012 and Treasurer from 2010 to 2011. Memberships with the National Association of REALTORS and Bay East Association of REALTORS have been maintained since 1987, and Don has been an active member of the Womens Council of REALTORS since 1992. Prior professional roles include Managing Broker Associate positions at Prudential California Realty and Dutra Realty, and a directorial role at Playboy Enterprises, Inc. Don's education includes studies at the University of Oklahoma from 1974 to 1977 and graduation from Putnam City High School in 1974. Credentials include CRS, GRI, CDPE, and C2EX.
