Rebecca Ruhl

Rebecca Ruhl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in intelligence and client services, currently serving as Senior Director at Penta Group since April 2021. Ruhl previously held various leadership roles at Ballast Research, including Associate Director and Managing Analyst. Prior experience includes a tenure as Sr. Specialist at Gartner, focusing on digital transformation and agile methodologies, and a contracting consultant role at Deloitte CIS, where investigative research was conducted for clients. Ruhl has also worked as Research Manager at Exiger and served as a Fellow at the Center for Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies, enhancing communication and event management efforts.
