Youmna Sfeir

Youmna Sfeir has held a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they were an Industrial Engineering Intern at Daher Foods, where they completed a project that resulted in a 30% improvement in efficiency. In 2019, they were a Project Coordinator at Beirut Municipality, where they took the lead on national projects related to waste management and housing, conducted surveys and updated reports on a weekly basis, and managed a cost benefit analysis for the project as a whole. Youmna was also a Communication Trainee at Leo Burnett MEA (Middle East & Africa) that same year. In 2020, they were a Shelter Intern at Save The Children International Lebanon and a Food Security and Livelihood Intern at Save the Children International. Youmna was also a Warehouse Specialist at the Lebanese American University. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Ballbox and an Ecommerce Product Manager at deSter.

Youmna Sfeir holds a BE in Industrial Engineering from the Lebanese American University and a Lebanese Baccalaureat from SSCC Kfarhbab - Ghazir in General Sciences. Youmna has also obtained numerous certifications from various institutions, such as EcoSwitch Coalition, Lair East Labs, University of California, Berkeley, UC Irvine, Yale University, Savvy Fellowship, Wharton Online, University of Michigan, University of California, Davis - School of Law, UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, United Nations OCHA, Save the Children International, UNDP, Bigger Brains, American Red Cross, UNESCO, and more.
