Stacey Lieberman

Stacey Lieberman is the owner of Sessions by Stacey, providing personalized one-on-one training and group fitness classes both in-person and online since February 2021. With extensive experience in the fitness industry, Stacey has held positions as a personal trainer at BallenIsles Country Club since February 2016 and previously served as a group fitness instructor at The Country Club at Mirasol and several other clubs. Additionally, Stacey co-owned Posh Tots, focusing on trendy children's clothing, and worked as a stylist at Stella & Dot. Education includes a BA in Communications from Concordia University, alongside attendance at Dawson College and Herzliah High School. Specialized skills include working with diverse populations, including pre and post-surgery clients and those with Parkinson's disease.
