Kaitlyn Miller

Kaitlyn Miller is a seasoned dance professional with a diverse background in education, production management, and customer relations within the dance and events industries. Currently serving as a Dance Instructor at Ballet Austin since June 2025, Kaitlyn teaches Ballet Fit and Absolute Beginning Ballet classes for adults. Previously, Kaitlyn worked at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater as The Ailey School Production Manager, leading numerous productions and managing operational budgets, contracts, and box office operations. Kaitlyn also held positions such as Assistant to the Co-Director of The Ailey School and Sales Account Executive at We Do Weddings, showcasing a strong ability to manage communications and events. Furthermore, early career experiences include roles in restaurant reservations and editorial assistance, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from St. Edward's University and training in ballet from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
