Allison Beaty

Allison Beaty is a college recruiter at Texas Tech University's J.T. & Margaret Talkington College of Visual & Performing Arts. With a background in dance, Allison also works as a company member and choreographer at Flatlands Dance Theatre and as an instructor at Ballet Lubbock Inc. Allison's previous roles include serving as an assistant advisor at the Texas Tech University Scholarship Office and as a service learning teaching assistant at the J.T. & Margaret Talkington College of Visual & Performing Arts. Allison has a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Texas Tech University and is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
