Liz Crawford

CFO at Ballet West

Liz Crawford is currently the CFO at Ballet West. Prior to their current position, they were the CFO at YMCA of Northern Utah from February 2017 to September 2018. Liz was responsible for all finance functions for the non-profit organization, including budget management, grant billing, payroll, monthly and annual close, AR and AP, external audit team facilitation, regional finance support, and strategic analysis for the CEO and board of directors. Liz was also an active member of the executive team for YMCA of Utah and the QuickBooks administrator for all YMCA of Utah accounting. In their first year of employment, they achieved external audit results with no exceptions after multiple years of audit infractions were incurred prior to their hiring.

Liz has also worked as Sr. Controller at Marriott International from October 2008 to February 2017 and as Budget Director and Controller of Australian Operations at Mrs. Fields Cookies from January 1987 to December 1991. Most recently, they were the Director of Finance at Cooper Roberts Simonsen Associates from October 2007 to October 2008.

Liz Crawford received their BS in Accounting from Weber State University. Liz then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Utah. Lastly, they earned their MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.

A direct report to Liz Crawford is and Jennifer Bailey - Senior Accounting Manager. Their manager is Michael Scolamiero, Executive Director. They are on a team with Peter Christie - Director of Education & Outreach, Andrew Wilson - Assistant Manager of Patron Services, and Jyn Van Putten - Foundations & Government Giving Manager.
