Jen Hanlon Ash

Jen Hanlon Ash is an experienced executive search professional and human resources consultant. Currently serving as a Partner and Executive Search at Ballinger | Leafblad, Inc. since April 2021, Jen has also been the Principal and Executive Search Partner at Ash Talent Solutions LLC since June 2018, focusing on retained executive search and HR consulting for various organizations. Previous roles include Human Resources Consultant at World Savvy, Senior Executive Search Associate at LymanDoran, and Senior Director of Human Resources at American Public Media Group. Jen began a career in HR at Hammel Green and Abrahamson Inc. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Northern Iowa.
