Marcia Ballinger

Marcia Ballinger, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, human resources, and leadership development. As the co-founder and principal of Ballinger | Leafblad, Inc. since 2014, Marcia specializes in serving the non-profit sector with a focus on executive hiring and transitions. Prior to this, Marcia held key roles such as principal/partner at KeyStone Search, where over 100 executive searches were conducted across corporate and non-profit organizations, and vice president of talent management at Executive Search. Marcia's career also includes significant positions in human resources and organizational development at notable companies, including BMC Industries and Norstan. In addition to their professional endeavors, Marcia is a published author with three books for job seekers, including the co-authored "The 20-Minute Networking Meeting." Marcia holds a PhD in Business from Capella University and both a BS in Business Administration and an MA in Speech-Communication from the University of Minnesota.
