Shawn Mclurkin

Shawn Mclurkin has worked for a variety of organizations since 2013. In 2021, they began working as Creative Director for Ballislife. From 2019-2021, they were a Youth Support Case Manager for Antelope Valley Partners for Health, where they performed comprehensive assessment intake processes, provided advocacy, information, and referral services, and facilitated ongoing support or workshops. From 2018-2019, they worked as a Video Editor/Videographer for UNGUARDED. From 2013-2018, they worked for Washington State University Athletics, where they held roles as a Ticket Operations Intern, Ticket Sales and Customer Service Representative, and Event and Facility Operations. From 2015-2016, they were a Summer Camp Counselor for YMCA of San Diego County, where they specialized in sport & recreation and designed and implemented weekly schedules, activities, and programming for camp groups.

Shawn Mclurkin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sport Management from Washington State University between 2012 and 2016. Shawn then went on to earn a Master of Science - MS in Business Analytics from Grand Canyon University between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they obtained a Learning Data Analytics certification from LinkedIn in July 2017 and a Part 107 Remote Pilot license from the Federal Aviation Administration in October 2021.
