Gaute Engbakk

Gaute Engbakk has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Gaute is currently a Partner and co-founder at Ballista Technology Group since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Partner and Co-founder at Northscaler, a venture capital firm specializing in scaling B2B tech and data-driven companies. Gaute co-founded Pratexo and served as a Board Member. Gaute also held board positions at Ditio, a construction app company, and Dele Health Tech, a healthcare solutions provider. Gaute Engbakk was the Chairman of the Board at SmartCraft ASA and Stir Animation Studio, both Oslo-based companies. Gaute served as the CEO of Techstep ASA, a mobile technology company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Additionally, they were a Board Member at FNDR, a startup aimed at improving the local shopping experience, and ISCO Group, an executive search firm.

Gaute Engbakk completed a Senior Executive Program in the field of study of Senior Executive Program at London Business School from 2010 to 2011. Gaute also obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1994 to 1998.
