Silvia's background in human resources includes positions at Aldeas Infantiles SOS Nicaragua, CARE, ASODENIC, and GRAND PAPER, along with serving as a conciliator lawyer at the Ministry of Labor. Silvia holds degrees in social innovation from Learning by Helping and a law degree from UNICA.
