Bryn Dunbar, MPH has held various positions in the public health and research fields. In 2021, Bryn began working as a Researcher for BallotReady where they research elections and government data from national to local level using government websites and records. From 2019-2021, Bryn was a Public Health Intern for National Advocates for Pregnant Women, where they wrote and designed two factsheets for advocates in Alabama, researched maternal health in the state utilizing state data sets, and advocated for maternal prosecution aspect of a 2020 South Dakota bill to be removed. In 2019, Bryn was a Women's Health & Outreach Intern for NYC Health + Hospitals, where they ensured Metropolitan Hospital Breast Center met NAPBC standards, drafted two grants to secure additional funding for the breast center, and researched medical waste disposal standards. From 2013-2019, Bryn was a Clinical Research Coordinator II and Office Coordinator III at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where they identified and consented candidates for CIBMTR database clinical trial, completed data entry forms for patients who received autologous stem cell transplants, and communicated with patients to schedule appointments. In 2012, Bryn was a College Intern for Pink and Black Magazine, where they wrote twenty articles about college life and uploaded articles to the website using Word Press.
Bryn Dunbar, MPH completed their High School Diploma at Wyoming High School in 2009. Bryn then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with Honors from Williams College in 2013. Bryn then attended a Business Certification Program at Columbia University in 2017. In 2014, they attended General Assembly and in 2018 they completed their Master of Public Health - MPH in Health Policy and Management from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health.
