Charly Meyer

Charly Meyer is a Researcher in Microelectronics at Sesterce since October 2021, contributing to the development of high-performance GPU clusters that advance AI capabilities. Previously, Charly served as a doctoral student and Analog IC designer at IMS Laboratory from October 2016 to October 2021, working on the ULPEC European project to create an ultra-low power hardware spiking neural network with memristive synapses for unsupervised image learning, including the design of three chips. During the same period, Charly was an IC Electrical Designer at Bordeaux University. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Université de Bordeaux (2021), a Master's in Microelectronics from the University of Strasbourg (2016), and a Licence in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Strasbourg (2014).
