Neal Griffiths is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and risk management within the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Head of CDD Operations (AML/RG) at Bally's Interactive since March 2021, Neal has held key positions at prominent companies such as Lottomart as Head of Operations, and bet365 as Head of Operations (AML) & Deputy MLRO. Additional roles include Deputy Head of Fraud & Risk Management at bet365, Head of Fraud & Payments at Action Poker Network, and Risk & Payments Manager at Bet24.com. Neal began a career in fraud investigation at PokerStars as a Senior Fraud Investigator. Neal holds a GNVQ Distinction in Business Studies from King Edmund Sixth Form.
