Patricia Francisco

Patricia Francisco, MA, is an experienced professional in player engagement and retention, currently serving as a Senior Retention Manager and previously as a Player Engagement Manager at Bally's Interactive and Gamesys. At Gamesys, Patricia also held the roles of Retention Team Lead and Chat Supervisor.
