Lou Dorn

Lou Dorn has a comprehensive work experience in the legal field, primarily within the gaming and hospitality industry. Lou currently holds the position of SVP, General Counsel - North America at Bally's Corporation since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Legal Operations at Bally's Corporation from January 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Bally's Corporation, Lou Dorn worked as the Chief Legal Officer at Monarch Casino & Resort, Inc. from March 2018 to December 2021. Lou also held the roles of General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at SLS Las Vegas from November 2014 to March 2018, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Aliante Gaming from November 2012 to November 2014, and General Counsel at TAO Group from January 2012 to November 2012.

Prior to their positions in the gaming industry, Lou Dorn was the Vice President & General Counsel at the Las Vegas Hilton from May 2004 to January 2012. Lou also worked as an Attorney at Snell & Wilmer from May 2003 to May 2004 and served as the Chief of Corporate Securities Division at the Nevada Gaming Control Board from April 2000 to May 2003.

Lou Dorn attended the Lewis & Clark Law School from 1991 to 1994, earning a JD in Law. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1990, Dorn pursued a BS in Advertising at the University of Nevada, Reno.
