Michelle Harvey

Michelle Harvey has extensive work experience in various roles related to strategy, operations, financial planning, analysis, and accounting. Michelle is currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Operations at Bally's Corporation since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Bally's Dover Casino Resort as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from June 2019 to January 2024. Before joining Bally's, Michelle held positions at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino, where they served as the Director of Casino Accounting from December 2014 to June 2019, and as the Casino Accounting Manager from March 2001 to December 2014. Michelle initiated their career in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Propulsion Specialist, serving from July 1990 to May 2001.

Michelle Harvey obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Wilmington University, where they studied from 1996 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from CCAF from 1993 to 1996. In 2008-2009, Michelle attended Leadership Central Delaware, although the degree and field of study are not specified.
