Dana Graizel

Dana Graizel is the Human Resources Director for the Americas at Balmain since June 2022. Previously, Dana served as the Human Resources Director at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, overseeing brands such as Christian Dior, Givenchy, Kenzo, Acqua Di Parma, and Guerlain. Prior to that, Dana held positions at Luxottica, including Sr. Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at Oliver Peoples Group. Dana also has experience as a Talent Director at Ray-Ban and Sunglass Hut, as well as Store Manager at Sunglass Hut. Dana began their career as a Sales Manager at JCPenney and gained marketing/advertising experience as an intern at Iconix Brand Group. Dana Graizel holds a B.A in English and Textual Studies from Syracuse University.
