Natalie Gipson SPHR, GRP has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Natalie is currently working at The Lubrizol Corporation as the Sr Director Human Resources, Operations & Americas, where they report to the CHRO and leads a team of 22 HR Managers and Generalists. Prior to this, Natalie worked at Avantor as the Director Human Resources Global Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning & OpEx.

Before joining Avantor, Natalie held multiple roles in The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, including HR Director Americas Supply Chain, Global Off-Hwy & Latin America PBUs, HR Manager Americas Supply Chain, Legal & Communications, HR Manager - Commercial Tire Service Centres, COWD & Mileage Sales, HR Director Singapore / Director Total Rewards ASEAN, Senior Manager Total Rewards ASEAN, Taiwan & Sth Korea, Total Rewards Manager ANZ, and Administration Manager.

Apart from their corporate experience, Natalie also served as a Resource Advisor & Founding Member at We Rock Cancer, a volunteer position where they worked from 2019 to 2021. Natalie has also worked as an Administration Manager at Thachi Wine Group, EA to General Manager at Detmold Packaging, Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, EA to Executive General Manager - Corporate Affairs at PaperlinX, and EA to General Manager - Racquet & Team Sports at Wilson Sporting Goods Co.

Natalie Gipson SPHR, GRP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue Global. Natalie also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Indonesian/Economics from the University of Melbourne. In addition, they hold a Diploma of Business Administration from TAFE SA. Natalie obtained certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI, InsideOut Certified Coach from InsideOut Development, and Global Remuneration Professional from WorldatWork. Natalie also has certifications in International Position Evaluation and PROFILOR from Mercer College and Personnel Decisions International, respectively.
