Safa Sahin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of footwear design. Safa Sahin started their career as a Footwear Design Intern at Nursace in 2007. They then worked as a Footwear Designer at Shalin from December 2007 to March 2008. Safa Sahin also had a freelance role as a footwear designer, working with various clients such as Lady Gaga, Molyer, Marco Benetti, Serka, Nükte, Carfier, and Ozbagci shoes, from 2007 to 2016.

In 2013, Safa Sahin joined Cassete Boutique as a Footwear Designer for their own brand, where they worked until August 2016. They then moved to Nike in October 2016 and served as a Footwear Designer until March 2019.

In 2019, Safa Sahin became the Head of Sneaker Design at Balmain, and their most recent position is the role of Sneaker Design at Bottega Veneta, which they joined in May 2022.

Safa Sahin's education history begins in 2006 when they attended TASEV Shoe Design School and obtained an Associate's degree in Shoe Design. From 2009 to 2014, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts at Selçuk Üniversitesi. In 2012, Safa Sahin also enrolled in Marmara University for a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, which lasted until 2013. Additionally, in 2012, they briefly attended Accademia Albertina delle Belle di Arti in Torino for a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts.
