Abira Guha

Abira Guha has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. since September 2019, previously holding the position of Assistant Manager-HR. Prior to this role, Abira worked as an HR Officer at Priyambada Birla Aravind Eye Hospital from August 2016 to August 2019, managing comprehensive HR functions from entry to exit interviews and overseeing statutory compliance and payroll. Earlier experience includes serving as a Junior HR Executive at EXODUS FUTURA KNIT PVT. LTD from May 2015 to July 2016, focusing on manpower planning and allocation, and completing an internship in recruitment and selection at Britannia Industries Limited in 2014. Abira holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Engineering and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioscience from the University of Calcutta.
